Each kekpad coin names its own vault as the on-chain creator, so its Pump creator fees never mix with another coin's. The route picked at launch decides who may claim them: the launcher, one secure-tripcode poster, or nobody (treasury). Prove the route once, and that payout wallet can withdraw from then on.
